1. What YourCryptool is
YourCryptool is software-as-a-service operated by Sudo Mindset s.r.o. (Czech Republic). We provide an AI-powered trade execution engine that places orders on your Binance account via your own API keys. We do not custody, hold, or transfer your funds.
2. We are not investment advisors
YourCryptool is a software tool, not an investment advisory service. We do not recommend specific investments, manage portfolios, or guarantee returns. All trading decisions and resulting losses are yours.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for complying with crypto trading laws in your jurisdiction.
- You must create Binance API keys with Withdrawal permission disabled.
- You acknowledge cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss.
- You will only trade amounts you can afford to lose.
4. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access continues until end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless the service was demonstrably broken on our end.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI decisions, or profitability. Past performance does not predict future results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sudo Mindset s.r.o. shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or trigger compliance flags.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved in Prague courts.
