1. Data we collect

Account: email address, password hash (argon2id)
Binance API keys: encrypted with AES-256-GCM, stored as ciphertext
Trading data: positions, decisions, performance metrics
Billing: handled by Stripe (we never see card numbers)
Technical: IP address (audit log), browser user agent

2. Where data lives

All data is stored in the European Union — Hetzner Frankfurt data centers, with PostgreSQL self-hosted by Sudo Mindset s.r.o. We do not transfer data to non-EU processors except for: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (CDN), NVIDIA NIM (AI inference, no personal data sent).

3. Your rights (GDPR)

Access: request a copy of all data we hold about you
Rectification: correct inaccurate data
Erasure: delete your account and all associated data within 30 days
Portability: export your data in JSON format
Object: opt out of marketing or analytics

4. Retention

Active accounts: data retained for the duration of subscription. Closed accounts: erased within 30 days, except billing records (legal requirement: 10 years per Czech tax law).

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (authentication session). No third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
